The legacy continues

Madison Area Carpet Cleaners was founded over 35 years ago by Mr. Stuart Seffern. Stuart was a chemical / electrical engineer, Real Estate Broker, Commercial Pilot, and avid sailboat racer. It was very important to Stuart to keep our customers safe and to protect our lakes from harmful chemicals and debris. He spent many years researching and testing cleaners that are safer for you and the environment.

Tragically, Mr. Seffern was killed in a plane crash on January 1st, 2009. While he will be greatly missed, his legacy of care for his customers and our environment while live on!

In April of 2009, Tim Stanton and Mark McConley bought MACC. They are dedicated to keeping the spirit and vision on which Stuart founded this company strong. At MACC, we will continue to pursue Stuart’s business philosophy of developing state-of-the-art cleaning systems and providing a service that exceeds the customer’s expectations at an affordable price.
